18 unit building with one and two-bedroom apartments. Large units with walk-in closets.

911 W Springfield

32 unit four-story building all one-bedroom furnished apartments walk-in closet & large balcony. The rental office is located on the first floor of this building.

1004 W Springfield

This is a 12 unit building with all one-bedroom units has a lot of charm & character with nice balconies. Fully furnished.

1010 W Springfield

This is a 20 unit building with two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. All units are furnished. Over half of the units have been totally remodeled with new kitchens, new bathrooms, and wood flooring. 55or 60 inch TVs, everything new.

111 S Lincoln

This is a 27 unit building located near the corner of Lincoln and green streets in Urbana only 3 1/2 blocks to the quad. with two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. All two bedrooms are located on the second or third floor. Fully furnished. Many units have been totally remodeled with wood flooring, 55-inch mounted TVs, new furniture.

I found 911 W. Springfield Bailey Apartments to be well-situated for students in any department on campus. It is ideally located between the two spines of Green St. and Springfield St. Bus-stops just outside the apartment on the Springfield side with the 13Silver and 10E/W Gold connect you to the south campus. The bus-stop for 5 Green is just 2 mins away and connects to Downtown-Champaign and Country Fair on the Champaign-side and to Downtown-Urbana and Meijer on the Urbana side.

I've been renting with Bailey apartments at 1010 W Springfield Avenue for almost two years and I very much liked the Experience. They go above and beyond for people: they let me give them rent checks a whole year in advance and even took care of my utilities for the first month while I had delays with the companies. They renovated the apartment before we moved and even added a path just for us. Their process with internet, pest control, online rent payment is super smooth and I'd reccomend them to any student at UIUC.
